Deposit of 20% is required to secure the reservation and must be received within 14 days of confirmation.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Minimum 4 night stay or one time cleaning fee ($80) will be added to the total cost.

Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. All units are non-smoking.

All rates are in US dollar. Visa/Master/Discover cards, Checks or Money order in US dollars are accepted.

For cancellation made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposit is refundable.

For cancellation made within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be retained for up to $200.

For cancellation made on or after arrival date, a credit certificate that applies to future rental will be issued. If the unit is re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued.
